PT RNR Film Internasional (RANS Entertainment) adalah official digital media dari Raffi Ahmad dan Nagita Slavina untuk memberikan hiburan, berita, dan masih banyak lagi. didirikan pada tanggal 27 Desember 2015, saat ini PT RNR Film Internasional (RANS Kekinian Indonesia) sedang buka Lowongan Kerja Terbaru.
RANS Entertainment (singkatan dari Raffi Ahmad & Nagita Slavina Entertainment) adalah sebuah badan usaha media hiburan yang memfokuskan diri di platform media sosial, saluran YouTube, rumah produksi, event offline, agensi digital, aktivasi komunitas dan kerja sama branding dengan berbagai kalangan. RANS dibentuk oleh pasangan Raffi Ahmad dan Nagita Slavina.
Berawal dari garasi dengan 3 orang kru. Seiring berkembangnya RANS, RANS Crew juga semakin bertambah. Bukan hanya crew untuk channel youtube, tapi juga crew RANS Animation, RANS Carnival, dan lain-lain.
Pada 26 Oktober 2021, RANS mengumumkan kemitraan mereka dengan Grup Emtek. RANS juga mengumumkan bahwa Kaesang Pangarep telah ditunjuk sebagai komisaris perusahaan mereka.
Lowongan Kerja PT RNR Film Internasional (RANS Entertainment)
Saat ini, PT RNR Film Internasional (RANS Entertainment) sedang membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk di posisi sebagai berikut :
1. Senior Legal
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal departement, with substantial experience in corporate legal matters, commercial transcations, and contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law (Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies/UUPT) in mandatory
Demonstrated ability to analyze, structure and execute complex commercial transaction, with a strong understanding of deal structures and legal risk assessment - Excellent drafting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of integrity
- Able to work independently, take ownership of legal matters, and collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting or advising public listed companies, including knowledge of OJK and IDX regulations, is a strong advantage

2. Finance & Accounting Manager
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Acounting or Finance
- Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in Finance & Accounting
- Proven experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience in inventory accounting, product costing, and financial analysis within, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment

3. Head of Procurement
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, accounting or engineering is preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a managerial role within Procurement
- Proven experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is required
- Strong knowledge of general procurement as well as event procurement, including sourcing for production, events, vendors and operational requirements
- Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and procurement planning
- Strong leadership, analytic thinking, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of leading cross-functional teams
