PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air)

Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter, memegang Air Operator Certificate AOC 135-028. Berdiri pada tahun 2004, Susi Air mulai beroperasi dengan 2 pesawat pada bulan Desember 2004, Operasi di Medan dimulai pada tanggal 27 Desember 2004 sebagai respons terhadap gempa bumi dan tsunami yang menghancurkan sebagian besar wilayah tersebut. Kantor pusat PT. ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) berada di Jl. Merdeka 312, Pangandaran, Jawa Barat 46396.

Sejak saat itu, 2 pesawat secara permanen berbasis di Medan, dan setelah awalnya menyediakan penerbangan charter untuk organisasi bantuan, pada tahun 2006 Susi Air mulai mengembangkan rute terjadwal yang berbasis di luar Medan.

Susi Air memiliki 20 basis operasional utama di Medan, Banda Aceh, Padang, Dabo, Bengkulu, Jakarta, Pangandaran, Palangkaraya, Samarinda, Tarakan, Malinau, Kupang, Masamba, Manokwari, Biak, Nabire, Timika, Jayapura, Wamena, dan Merauke. Operasi didukung oleh total lebih dari 140 pilot, 75 insinyur dan mekanik pesawat terbang, serta 650 staf darat dan pendukung lainnya.

Saat ini, PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) sedang membutuhkan tenaga kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut :

1. Management Trainee Human Resource

Responsibilities :

Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives
Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems
Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures
Employee Realations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment

Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus
Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus
Ability to work well in a team
English is mandatory
Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran, and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if needed)

2. Management Trainee Legal

Responsibilities :

Working with the legal team on all issues related to legal, law, and regulations, including but no limited to internal and external stakeholders
Producing legal product needed and/or requested by the company
Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
Any other assignment needed by the company

Requirements :

Diploma/bachelor’s degree of law from reputable university
Minimal 1 years work experience
Good skill in making ana analyzing company contracts
Able to handle company documents and permits
Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Intermediate in multitasking
Flexible in terms of working hours

3. Finance Officer

Responsibilities :

1 year working experience – Open to freshgraduate
Brevet A & B Certified
Diploma/Bachelor Degree Accounting Major/Finance with GPA Minimum 3,5 from notable university
Familiar with accounting and finance system
Able to compile financial reports, budget control and tax reports
Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
Able to work individually or team work
Worked well under pressure
Creative and innovative
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

Requirements :

Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments and cheque administration
Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation
Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departements to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

4. Flight Operations Officer (FOO)

Requirements :

Educational background majoring in aviation, aeronautical engineering or relatable
Have a valid Flight Operation Officer (FOO) license
Having a Dangerous Goods Type A license is an added value
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Understand flight regulations and procedures
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate in English well
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Able to handle work under pressure

Responsibilities :

Flight planning, including flight route, fuel, applicable regulations and flight permits, etc
Supervision of weat her and flying conditions, including weather monitoring and updating information
Communication and coordination with the Pilot and collaborating with Air Traffic Control (ATC)
Monitoring flights, such as during real-time monitoring and being alert to handle emergency situations

4. Operation Control Center (OCC)

Requirements :

Fresh Graduate are permissible or prefer to have 1-2 years of working experience in the related field are prerequisite requirements for this position
Have an Aviation eductional background
Must possess active FOO License
Must have attended airline operations courses
Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations and procedures
Excellent verbal English and written English
Great communication skills
Multitasking and being able to work individually or in a team
Worked well under pressure
Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
Have knowledge of flight operations
