PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (Garudafood) adalah salah satu perusahaan makanan dan minuman terbesar di Indonesia. Berdiri pada 1990, kegiatan bisnis Garudafood telah dirintis sejak 1958 oleh pendiri perusahaan dengan memproduksi tepung tapioka bermerek Tudung di Pati, Jawa Tengah. Hingga kini, Garudafood dan anak usahanya memproduksi dan menjual produk makanan dan minuman di bawah delapan merek yaitu Garuda, Gery, Chocolatos, Clevo, Prochiz, Okky, Mountea, dan Dilan. Produk-produk tersebut tersebar dalam berbagai kategori biskuit, kacang, pilus (camilan goreng tradisional terbuat dari tepung beras atau tapioka), keripik, pellet snack, confectionery, minuman susu, bubuk cokelat, keju, salad dressing, minuman jelly dan teh siap minum dalam kemasan cup. Garudafood menjalankan kegiatan ekspor dengan fokus utama pada pasar negara-negara ASEAN dan Tiongkok.

Champion Trainee Garudafood Group

• Champion Trainee (Garudafood’s Management Trainee Program) is designed to develop the best graduates through a fast-track learning system, preparing them to become future leaders with the knpwledge, competence and excellence needed to drive the company forward.

General Requirements :

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Professionals with a maximum of 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Demonstrates structured thinking and logical reasoning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and ability to work well in a team
• Demonstrates strong learning ability
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Available to join the program in Q1 2027

Champion Trainee Available Roles:

1. Manufacture

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Technology, Mechatronics Engineering, Instrument Electronic, Manufacture Engineering, Food Engineering, Agricultural Product Engineering or Culinary
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Willing to be place in various locations across Indonesia

2. Sales

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree from Any Discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Willing to be placed in various locations across Indonesia

3. Finance

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree Major from Finance or Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Willing to be placed in various locations across Indonesia
• Proficiency in Ms. Excel or other calculation software
• Proficient analytical skills and well-established background in data analysis, coupled with a fervent enthusiasm for the field

4. Supply Chain Management

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Willing to be placed in various locations across Indonesia

5. Sales Food Service

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree or Diploma from Culinary or Hospitality Major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as Cook or Baker would be an advantage
• Willing to be placed in various locations across Indonesia

6. Human Capital

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree from Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, Management, Legal with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Willing to be placed in various locations across Indonesia
• Proficient anayltical skills and a well-established background in data analysis, coupled with a fervent enthusiasm for the field
