1. Commis 2 (Code : Cm2)

Requirements :

Minimum 1-2 years cook experience in a 3 or 4 star hotel, restaurant or high volume food service facility
Ability to demonstrate basic cooking methods such as braise, saute, broil and grill and the use of a variety of knifes to slice, dice, chop, julienne, etc
Ability to identify and operate common kitchen equipment such as grinders, deep fryers, overs, Bain Marie, mixers, etc
Good knowledge of food sanitation standards

2. Commis Pasrty (Code : CmP)

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years proven experience as Party Chef, baker or relevant role
Great attention to detail and creative
Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
In depth knowledge of sanitary priciples, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
Knowledge of ingredient-restricted baking (gluten-free, sugar-free pastries, etc)
Have a certificate in culinary arts, pastry making, cake making or relevant field

3. Waiter

Requirements :

A passion for food and working with a quality product
A people person, committed to a career in hospitality, with a desire to deliver and exceed expectations in guest service on a daily basis
