1. Barista
- Deadline 21 October 2026
Responsibilities :
- This role responsible for preparing and serving best beverages while ensuring product quality, consistency and excellent guest service are delivered.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year experience as Barista in 4-star Hotel or above, preferably in an International Hotel Chain
- Minimum D1 in Hospitality or related field
- Good knowledge of Coffee, Beverage research and development as well as product standards
- Well communicative and integrity as well as trustorthy.
- Target oriented, able to work towards Department Target
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays
2. Waitress
- Deadline 21 October 2026
Responsibilities :
- This role is responsible for providing attentive and professional service while ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Waitress in 4-star Hotel, preferably in a International Hotel Chain.
- Minimum D1 in Hospitality or related field
- Good knowledge of Restaurant service procedure and sequence of services
- Well communicative and and guest service skills
- Good grooming and hygiene
- Target oriented and able to work in shifts
3. Cost Control
- Deadline 02 November 2026
Responsibilities :
- This role is responsible for monitoring hotel operational costs, controlling inventory, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources in line with established financial standards.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cost Controller in a 4-star hotel, with candidates from a hotel chain given preference
- Strong knowledge of hotel cost control, inventory management, and food and beverage cost analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High integrity, trustworthy, and accountable
- Target-oriented and able to work towards departmental targets
4. Income Audit
- Deadline 02 November 2026
Responsibilities :
- This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of daily hotel revenue records, verifying income transactions, and maintaining compliance with established financial procedures.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Income Auditor in a 4-star hotel, with candidates from a hotel chain given preference
- Strong knowledge of hotel income audit procedures and financial reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent in Google Workspace; Spreadsheet, Google Docs, etc
- High integrity, trustworthy, and accountable
- Target-oriented and able to work towards departmental targets
