Puhua School, also known as Sekolah Nasional 3 Bahasa Putera Harapan, is a trilingual national school located in Purwokerto, Central Java. With a rich heritage dating back to 1906, Puhua was born from the spirit of community education among the Chinese diaspora in the region. Qualifications :

2. Assistant Teacher
Qualifications :
- Degree in Education or related field
- Able to support classroom learning and student care
- Good English proficiency required
3. Counselor
Qualifications :
- Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education or related field
- Able to support childern’s social-emotional and behavioral development
- Strong observation skills
4. Physical Education Teacher
General Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and teaching experience preferred
- Patient, responsible, and child-friendly
- Strong comunication and classroom management skills
- Committed to student safety and development
Qualifications :
- Degree in Physical Education or related field
- Able to deliver age-appropriate PE activities
- Energetic and able to engage childern and prioritize student safety
5. Science Teacher
General Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and teaching experience preferred
- Patient, responsible, and child-friendly
- Strong comunication and classroom management skills
- Committed to student safety and development
Qualifications :
- Degree in Science Education, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or related field
- Good English proficiency required
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based and experimental learning
- Able to conduct safe practical/laboratory activities
- Passionate about fostering student’s scientific curiosity
6. IT Staff
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong programming and software development skills – mandatory
- Proficient in programming languages and able to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
- English proficiency is a plus
7. Human Resources
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology – mandatory
- Fluent English, written and spoken – mandatory
- Fresh graduates welcome; HR/recruitment experience is preferred
- Strong in interviewing, candidate assessment, and employee relations
- Strong communication, analytical, administrative, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and digital tools
- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- Willing to work in Purwokerto, Central Java
8. Mandarin Teacher
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mandarin, Chinese Studies, or related field
- Minimum HSK 4 proficiency-mandatory
- Experience teaching mandarin is preferred
- Able to engage with students and deliver age-appropriate interactive lessons
- Patient, creative and student-oriented
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
