1. Customs Staff (BB)
Qualification :
- D3/S1 All Major
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Able to speak English is a plus point
- Good at Ms. Excel
- Good analysis skill and detail oriented
- Wiling to learn and work in tight deadlines
- Placement SHT Brebes (SHT Brebes)
Job Description :
- Creating and managing customs declaration
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with goverment regulations and customs requirements
- Communicating with Bea Cukai for clearance processes
- Monitoring export schedules
- Coordinating with Finance & Shipping Team
2. HR Recruitment Staff
Qualification :
- D3/S1 All Major
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing large-scale recruitment (mass hiring) especially for blue collar position
- Experience in the footwear manufacturing industry is a plus
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English speaking & Microsoft Excel
- Strong personal integrity, ethics, and high accountability in handling confidential candidate data
Job Description :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, inviting, interviewing, coordinating with user, conducting background checks, offering and onboarding
- Executing mass hiring strategies by organizing and conducting walk-in interviews, campus hiring events, and job fairs
- Manage and maintain large-scale employee data in the database system while strictly ensuring data confidentiality
- Manage the administrative requirements for newcormers
